Rules and Regulations for the use of Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’ (City of the Sun), (here in after referred to as ‘Rules and Regulations’) were passed with the goal to protect the visitors of Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’ and they serve the purpose of maintaining order, cleanliness and safety in the entire complex of the Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’.
The term `visitor` in these Rules and Regulations is referred to adults and children of all ages.
The term `complex` is referred to the interior of Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’, as well as access points and exterior landscape design of the Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’.
Priority of Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’ is the safety of its visitors. When entering the complex, each visitor will be informed about these Rules and Regulations for the use of Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’ (RULES OF BEHAVIOR), and will be obliged to follow all the rules.
By purchasing a ticket and entering Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’, visitor accepts the rules of behavior specified by these Rules and Regulations, as well as all the general regulations, and acknowledges that he or she had read and completely understood these Rules and Regulations.
Visitor will be obligated to follow all the notifications posted on the information boards, placed within the complex of Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’.
By purchasing the ticket, visitor acknowledges that he or she is aware of the fact that he or she uses the services of Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’ solely at his or hers own risk and under his or hers own responsibility, as well as of the consequences arising from the violation of any regulations specified by these Rules and Regulations.
Visitors will be able to park their vehicles in the Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’ parking lot at their own risk. The Management of Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’ will not be responsible for the theft of vehicles, possible damages on visitors’ vehicles or for belongings left in the vehicles.
Adults who accompany minors will be obligated to inform them about the rules of behavior in Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’ and to have full responsibility for their actions.
Visitors must avoid all activities that undermine the comfort of other visitors or disturb the staff of Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’.
These Rules and Regulations are visible at the entrance of Aqua Park `Grad Sunca` and available to each visitor for the sake of information.
All current instructions and notifications inside Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’ will have priority over the general instructions.
Visitors will be obligated to follow all the instructions and guidelines of the Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’ staff. Visitor who does not follow these Rules and Regulations and/or does not follow the instructions of Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’ staff even after a warning, may be asked to leave the Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’, without the ticket refund. The staff of Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’ will be authorized to require help and assistance from security officers and/or police officers.
For the visitors of Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’, an authorized person will be every official employee of the staff of Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’.
Working hours of Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’ are from 10.00 a.m. until 8.00 p.m. every working day, including weekends and holidays.
Working hours of Dino Park are from 10.00 a.m. until 10.00 p.m. every working day, including weekends and holidays.
Admission to Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’ is permitted only within working hours with a purchased ticket. The purchased ticket is valid for one day and it will enable only one entrance to Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’.
Latest possible ticket purchasing and admission is 1 (one) hour before the Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’ closing time.
Children under 12 years of age are allowed to enter Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’ only if accompanied by a parent or a person of over 18 years of age.
Management of Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’ may temporarily close the entrance to Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’ in case that the Park reaches its full capacity.
Consent of the Management of Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’ will be necessary for photographing and videotaping for commercial purposes and for the press.
Since Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’ is intended for larger number of people, the authorized persons of Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’ may restrict or completely prohibit the admission to the Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’ for the following persons:
It is forbidden to bring animals to Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’, regardless of their size or the fact that they are placed in a protective basket or on leash.
Persons with disabilities are allowed to enter Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’ only if accompanied by persons who can walk without assistance and take care of the aforementioned persons.
It is not recommended for pregnant women, persons with heart problems, as well persons with injuries to use the Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’. They may use the services of the Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’ under their own responsibility.
Management and employees of Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’ are entitled to prohibit the admission to the Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’ to all persons who, with their behavior, disturb the work of the staff of Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’.
Before entering the swimming pool, all visitors are obliged to use a shower cabin, as well as pass through the hygiene barrier.
Visitors of the Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’ must wear clean swimwear while using the pool. Swimming without swimwear is not allowed (e.g. topless, in underwear, etc.). Children under 3 years old are allowed to enter the pool only if they wear waterproof swimming diapers.
Visitors must change their clothes only in the premises designated for this purpose – in dressing rooms or in changing rooms.
Electric appliances or any kind of glass packaging is forbidden in the pool area.
Bringing valuables and larger amounts of cash in the Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’ is not recommended. If you, however, decide to do so, the Management of the Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’ offers the possibility of using lockers, but without the responsibility for taking care of valuables or for compensating their loss.
Non-swimmers may use only the pools (or the pool parts) designated for them, under their own responsibility and if accompanied by an adult or a swimmer.
Only children under 140 cm of height are allowed to enter the children’s pool. Adults are not allowed in the children’s pool unless they accompany a child under 100 cm of height.
All visitors must take care of cleanliness and their personal safety, as well as not to disturb other Visitors by their acts and behavior and by making excessive noise or run on the wet surfaces, for example.
In case of bad weather conditions – rain, thunderstorm, strong wind, darkness, fog, decreased vision and due to technical reasons, the Management will reserve the right to modify the working hours of Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’, due to safety reasons. In this case, the Management will not be obligated to provide the refund of the ticket money to the visitors or to compensate them in any other manner.
It is forbidden to plunge each other and to throw others into the water, to dive and to have any other mutual physical contact between two or more persons. Persons who take part in such events will be responsible for all the injuries and/or damage caused due to pushing, plunging each other and throwing others into the water, diving and mutual physical contact between two or more persons.
The Management will not be responsible for injuries caused by visitors due to their own lack of caution or disregard for these Rules and Regulations.
Each Visitor will be obligated to compensate the loss and damage done by him or her, both on the equipment of Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’ and on the property of other Visitors.
In case of violating limitations and warnings regarding the use of attractions in Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’, visitor will take responsibility for injuries or other damages that may arise from that kind of behavior.
Persons under the influence of alcohol or narcotics are strictly forbidden to enter the Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’.
Visitors will be obligated to leave the pools 20 minutes before the end of the working hours.
Visitors will have full responsibility for locking their lockers, where they left their personal belongings and clothes. Lockers that remain locked after the end of the working hours will be opened by the staff on duty and their contents will be treated as lost property.
Upon entering Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’, visitors will be obligated to take care of their belongings by themselves. The Management of Aqua Park `City of Sun` will not be responsible for the loss, damage or the theft of the visitors’ belongings.
In case of bad weather, thunderstorm or strong wind, visitors will be obligated to leave the pools due to the safety reasons. If visitor decides to leave the complex earlier due to bad weather conditions, the Management will not be obliged to refund the ticket money to him or her or to compensate the visitor in any other manner.
Visitors can use all water slides and attractions, including Dino Park under their own responsibility and at their own risk.
Each Visitor will be obligated to follow the instructions for water slides, and other notifications and warnings, placed visibly within the complex of the Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’, as well as the instructions of the Aqua Park’s staff.
Visitors are obligated to use the designated passages and entrances to the water slides.
Visitors are allowed to go down the water slide only one by one, after they receive a signal by the staff of Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’. Visitor will go down the water slide by lying on the back, with legs crossed forward and with arms crossed on the chest. While going down the water slide, it is strictly forbidden to slide headfirst, to stand up or to sit up. After going down the water slide, Visitors are obligated to leave the part of the pool where he or she has slid as soon as possible to avoid the possibility of clashing with other visitor who is sliding behind him or her.
Adults must not go down the water slide with a child in his or her lap.
Maximum and minimum allowed weight and hight of the user of the slide is prescribed on the slide itself.
In case when a water slide user wears eyeglasses, they must be fixed with a rubber band to avoid the possibility of their breaking and causing injuries.
Wearing objects made of metal, wood, glass or plastic are not allowed while going down the water slide in order to avoid the possibility of causing injuries. In case of damaging the water slide due to wearing such objects, visitor will be obligated to compensate the entire damage.
The following is strictly forbidden in the Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’:
a) Bringing food and drinks into the Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’ (with the exception of baby food in jars). When entering Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’, visitors may be asked to show the contents of their bags to the staff of the Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’.
b) Requiring assistance from the staff of Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’ when there is no real emergency, due to the fact that this act diverts attention from visitors who may really need assistance.
c) Entering the premises that are not designated for visitors, changing rooms and shower cabins of the opposite sex and the parts of the Aqua Park with `no unauthorized entry` sign.
d) Jumping into the pool from places not designated for this purpose, jumping wheninside the pool, running over paths, diving from them, and from other risky spots.
e) Swimming under water in the pool.
f) Bringing objects that are not designated for swimming and bathing in the pool, it is also forbidden to bring diving equipment in the pool.
g) Shouting (whether it is a game or not), whistling, making unnecessary noise, running (risk for injury due to slippery surface), plunging each other into the water and knocking other visitors over.
h) Spitting on the floor and in the water, urinating in the pool, throwing rubbish and contaminating the area of the complex.
i) Smoking cigarettes in all parts of the Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’, except in those parts of the Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’ that are designated for smoking.
j) Unauthorized use of life saving equipment and first aid kit, anti-fire equipment or other devices designated for extraordinary situations.
k) Moving equipment, chairs, deck chairs and other inventory of the Aqua Park.
l) Possessing sharp objects and glass objects that may be broken and cause injury.
m) Consummation of dishes in the pool areas or other areas that are not designated for this purpose.
n) Photographing or videotaping visitors, other people or group of people without their consent.
By passing these Rules and Regulations (Rules of Behavior), the Management of Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’ wants to make visitors feel safe and secure.
In case of any kind of injuries and/or damage caused by violating any of these Rules of Behavior, Aqua Park ‘Grad Sunca’ will not be responsible.
These Rules and Regulations will be put into use on the 3rd day of their passing.
